Porting, which means AdamsComm takes ownership of your telephone lines, typically takes 7-10 business days. As a workaround for implementation, we can usually call forward your lines to a temporary number before we port if there is an issue with the losing carrier.

Yes! It's adivsed that you save your old voicemails if you are able to. Voicemails should be cleared from the old system prior to AdamsComm implementing the new solution.
If you're a rental client, the phone will be covered as long as it wasn't damaged. If you purchased the phone, we offer a one year warranty replacement.
We strive for close to zero downtime when we implement your new solution. Typically, we will install the new phones next to your old phones. Once we have the mission critical anwering position phones ready, we will trigger the porting or call forward your telphone lines to the new phones. This process takes about a minute.
