Founder and President
John draws on 25+ years of experience to help lead the Adamscomm team. Over the years he has pulled together an amazing team of tight knit, dedicated, sincere, and passionate professionals who make Adamscomm what it is. There is a consistent focus on unrelenting customer support and a desire to go the extra mile. John is constantly evaluating new technology and discovering exciting new ways to help his clients and team. His goal is, and always has been, to earn your trust and business for the long haul.
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Darryl is responsible for managing all day-to-day systems processes and people. He oversees and ensures that our Leadership Team has what they need to be successful for our clients. Having started with Adamscomm in 2006, his years of experience in the industry help him to think outside of the box. His attention to detail is unquestionable, and ensures that everything we do, is done right. Darryl’s positive energy, can-do attitude and dedication to our company’s core values sets the stage for all to follow.
Customer Support Manager
Customers ask for her by name! Maria should really be called the “Voice” of Adamscomm! She is the front line when it comes to system design, support and end-user training. (Not to mention the gazillion Auto-attendant and voicemail greetings she has recorded over her 21 years in the business!!!) There is no quit in her dedication to customer satisfaction and she really helps make our installs go off at the highest possible level.
Senior Field Technician
Mike is an impeccable field technician. He has more than 25 years of experience and has run more cables than we can count! His list of certifications is impressive, to say the least. He joined the Adamscomm team in 2015. Mike holds the following certifications: Toshiba Certified, NEC Certified Technician, Allworx Certified, ICC Elite Installer and last but not least…OSHA 10 Certified.
Telecom Support Specialist
Ned has over 20 years of telecom experience. In addition to holding certifications in Allworx, Altigen, and NEC, he has also completed Netsapiens training. Ned has worked in all facets of the industry including sales, design, installation, end-user training and maintenance. He has handled installations from as little as 10 phones and up to 4000 phones. This depth of knowledge and passion for our business, make him a valuable Team member. Ned is an avid Aquarium hobbyist, avid walker and enjoys volunteering and supporting various animal charities.
Inside Support/Triage/Office Admin
Heather started with Adamscomm in 2020. Her more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry help us to enhance the level of support we provide to our clients. She has worked with all aspects billing, scheduling, triaging, and even Tier 1 technical support. Heather also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiology.
Telecommunications Support Specialist
Sheri joined our team in 2022. Her extensive industry knowledge with a variety of platforms, helps to enhances our customer support experience.
Her unwavering positive attitude and excellent customer service skills make her a valued member of our organization. Sheri also holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Emerson College.
